In an increasingly complex and challenging world, the need to do things differently is greater than ever. To be able to create this difference around us, we must first shift something inside of ourselves. A conscious Leader is someone who is doing this inner work.

This programme is high-impact, and leaders will work on increasing their awareness of their mindset whilst deeply connecting with their values and purpose. At the end of the programme, having done this inner work, leaders know how to create greater impact back in their ever-changing and complex worlds.

How
Transform
works.

The Transform Programme takes place over 4 – 6 months. During this time, leaders experience a combination of one-to-one coaching, group workshops and coaching circles with time in-between for deep reflection.

Before commencing any in-house Transform programme, we initiate a discovery phase to delve into the needs, challenges, and opportunities within the business.


Transform works best with 8 – 10 leaders, and can include a team alignment workshop to ensure team cohesion and alignment around the organisations vision, purpose and values.

The programme is carefully designed 
to help managers:

  • Look after their own energy levels and know how to help others do the same.

  • Have better, high-quality, deliberate conversations with their teams.

  • Drive high levels of performance and know how to get the best out of people.

  • Prioritise learning by spotting opportunities for development and growth and encouraging their teams to be courageous.

  • Be able to use coaching as a lever to help others to learn and grow – they don’t need to know all the answers, simply enable others to work it through for themselves

  • Have a clear sense of their purpose as a manager and are intentional in their approach to getting the best from their people.
