With 11 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, and creative content production, Sophie leads teams with compassion and a person-centric approach. Her mission is to leverage her skills gained from top advertising agencies to help purpose-driven start-ups thrive and prosper through exceptional business operations, digital marketing, and content creation.
In 2008, Sally and Helen crossed paths while participating in the Executive Coaching Programme at the renowned London School of Coaching. Their deep connection blossomed through extensive coaching sessions, leading Helen to join Sally at Innocent Drinks. Together, alongside their friend Karen, they spearheaded the company's forward-thinking People agenda.
As they later embarked on their own separate consultancy ventures, their enduring bond thrived through shared insights and collaborative client work. During the Covid lockdowns, an opportunity to immerse themselves in a transformative programme led by Lisa and Malcolm from Corporate Evolution presented itself. This experience sparked a profound shift in mindset for both, amalgamating years of expertise into a transformative methodology.
After a year of collaborative work across many clients, they were challenged by one of them to create their own company committed to enabling others in their transformation journey. This milestone was marked by many Monday morning air pod walks where they meticulously finalised details and manifested their vision into reality.
