One-to-one coaching

Drawing from three decades of coaching experience, we have developed our own approach to transformational coaching. We integrate established coaching approaches - performance coaching, time-to-think, strengths based, values driven, and coaching psychology with the latest research in behavioural and neuroscience to work with our clients for a deep, transformational experience. This, teamed with our expertise in business and HR, and ability to understand our clients individual circumstances, allow us to build empathy, trust and rapport quickly.

Approach

  • A high-integrity approach that assesses the coaches current situation, checks chemistry between coach and coaches, and ensures commitment levels are met for maximum coaching impact.

  • Set intentions and agreed outcomes together and revisit these throughout.

  • A flexible approach that allows shifts to take place over time.

  • 4 – 6 x 90 minute sessions.

Content line break

Group coaching

Within our learning programmes we provide group coaching, often referred to as 'coaching circles.' This phase doesn't introduce new content; rather, it serves as an opportunity to solidify learning and practice newly acquired skills from the course.​​

This offering extends to individuals who have completed a programme and seek to deepen their learning, engage with peers, and practice their coaching skills collectively. It's also open to those seeking further coaching support.

Approach

  • Maximum 5 per group in 2 hour sessions.

  • Takes place over a few months to allow shifts to embed.

  • Drive high levels of performance and know how to get the best out of people.

  • Facilitated by the coach with input from all.

  • A flexible approach that is bespoke to the needs of the individuals.
