Our programmes are usually delivered in-house for groups within the same organisation. However, we also welcome individuals from different companies to join on select dates throughout the year. By participating in an open programme, they can connect with like-minded individuals seeking personal growth and development.

Let's talkThe Flourish Programme includes 4 half-day workshops and two 2-hour coaching circles, catering to groups of up to 12 people.
Before starting a Flourish programme, we conduct a discovery phase to grasp your current management methods, internal purpose, values, and organisational challenges. This phase shapes the programme's intentions and the desired managerial transformations.
The programme is carefully designed to help managers:
Look after their own energy levels and know how to help others do the same.
Have better, high-quality, deliberate conversations with their teams.
Drive high levels of performance and know how to get the best out of people.
Prioritise learning by spotting opportunities for development and growth and encouraging their teams to be courageous.
Be self-aware as they understand their values and manage with a natural and authentic energy.
Be able to use coaching as a lever to help others to learn and grow – they don’t need to know all the answers, simply enable others to work it through for themselves
Have a clear sense of their purpose as a manager and are intentional in their approach to getting the best from their people.
